Live video mixes
Marc has two current projects where he uses his many video clips and animation along with music and storytelling:
Although "video jockeys" are usually associated with dance and live rock shows, these projects have a historical theme, in particular the history of the evolution of scientific ideas and concepts in the 16th and 17th centuries. These two projects are:
"...cutting-edge video animation by musician and videographer Marc Wagnon, who used footage shot by the Hubble telescope as well as his own photography of celestial landscapes and majestic cloudscapes. These beautiful images, sometimes breathtaking in their detailed topography of the planets, created a visual accompaniment to the spoken word and music." Heather J. Morris Santa Cruz Sentinel
Full preview and full review
"The engaging video projection consisted of animations and photography of scenes in outer space alternating with pastel watercolor-like video of earthly landscapes. It moved continuously and slowly, allowing the viewer to focus on the music and narration simultaneously." Roger Emanuels Performingartsmontereybay.com

Video creation and performance recording
Marc can either create music videos from recorded tracks, or film live performances and create live clips, which can then be used as the documentation of a live performance or they can be enhanced with other videos or animations.
